The crust is made of almond flour keto and gluten free cookies. Ingredients: almond flour, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, xanthan gum and gluten free baking powder.
The filling: cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, monk fruit sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla extract.
Toppings: blueberries or strawberries with wiping cream, or just plain topped with whipped cream.
